Tristar Claim Partners is seeking experienced, self-motivated sales professionals to join our Tennessee and Kentucky team as independent contractor sales representatives. This is a performance-based role — your compensation is tied directly to the results you generate.
As a Tristar representative, you'll identify and develop relationships with commercial and high-value residential property owners who need expert representation for their insurance claims. You'll be backed by Tristar's 30+ years of reputation, regulatory expertise, and proven claims management process.
Compensation Model
This is a commission-only, independent contractor position. Compensation is performance-based, derived from collected fees on claims you originate. There is no base salary. Top performers in this role earn well above industry averages because Tristar's minimum claim size of $250,000 means every engagement is substantial.
